Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using woneflows.com or any services provided by WoneFlows. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
WoneFlows provides automation workflow design, integration setup, and related digital services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal shared before work begins. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables produced specifically for their project. WoneFlows retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in the process unless explicitly transferred in writing. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. WoneFlows reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
WoneFlows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Our workflows often involve third-party platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, WhatsApp Business API, and others. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these platforms. We will notify you if a third-party change affects your workflow and offer reasonable alternatives.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business processes, credentials, customer data, and strategic plans. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. In case of termination by WoneFlows due to client breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for work already delivered.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
